Surrey League - Dunsfold - 25/04/09

Natalie in Top Gear

Natalie Creswick stormed to a fine win on Saturday in the Women's race at Dunsfold, riding solo for most of the race. This victory came on the back of a great 2nd place at Crystal Palace last Tuesday.

Vaughn Moseley also collected a commendable 4th place in the 3rd Cat race, with Dave Peck in lively form throughout. A mechanical for Nigel Atkins, and a puncture for Stuart Stow put paid to their efforts.

Club Circuit Champion - Steve Home - fought valiantly in the E/1/2 event, returning home with 14th.

AW Cycles/Reading CC Spring RR - Woodcote, Oxfordshire - 26/04/2009

Sandy King continued his fine form this season with a great 7th place in the E/1/2 event.

Flora London Marathon - 26/04/2009

John Warnock proved that he's just as talented on 2 legs, as he is on 2 wheels, by finishing a fantastic 277th overall in the Flora London Marathon on Sunday am ! John completed the course in 2:44:28.

In addition, Rory "The Rocket" Atkins raced in the Mini Marathon, coming home in 24th (out of 235).
